§ Mr. BevinAs a result of the appeals lodged against the sentence imposed by the Court of First Instance, to which reference was made in the answer given to my hon. Friend on 8th December, 1947, a re-trial has been ordered. The case will probably be heard within the next few weeks. Meanwhile, von Schroeder is still interned.
