Following is the statement:
The annual value at 31st March, 1948, of land annuities transferred to the Northern Ireland Government was £653,409 15s. 2d. The amount actually due to the Northern Ireland Exchequer for the year 1947–48 was £653,477 9s. 4d., the difference being due to normal terminations of annuities during the year. The amount collected during the year was £654,737 15s. 2d., including arrears amounting to £1,260 5s. 10d.
