§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Rules of the Supreme Court provide for the admission to proceedings in the High Court, including matrimonial proceedings, of poor persons having an income not exceeding £2 a week or, in exceptional circumstances, £4 a week. In the case of members of the Armed Forces the facilities are available to those not above the rank of petty officer or sergeant.
