§ Mr. J. JonesThe refinery section of this plant has been sold to the Shell Marketing and Refining Company, for the production of petroleum products from crude oil, and negotiations are in progress for the disposal of the remainder for chemical production. Part of the plant is at present being used for the production of ammonia, and adequate precautions have been taken to prevent the remainder from deteriorating.
