§ Mr. MayhewNo. In accordance with our international undertakings and the resolution passed by the General Assembly of the United Nations last October, these men have been surrendered to the Yugoslav Government, because aprima facie case of active and wilful collaboration had been established against them to the satisfaction of British legal opinion. If a similar case is established against other Yugoslavs, His Majesty's Government will not feel justified in delaying their surrender. His Majesty's Government will naturally try to satisfy themselves that the treatment accorded to those surrendered is in conformity with the terms of the Assembly resolution.
