§ 85. Mr. Nallyasked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware that the Hairdressers' Trade Association is pursuing a policy of minimum price enforcement by withholding supplies of hairdressers' sundries from hairdressers who refuse to accept the Association's order to raise prices to the minimum laid down by the Association; and if he will take steps to fix prices below this present minimum.
§ Mr. H. WilsonYes. I fear my hon. Friend's proposal would not be practicable but he may rest assured that arrangements of this kind are very much in my mind in connection with the preparation of the legislation on restrictive practices which I hope to introduce this Session.
