WilsonAs I have previously explained to the House, the basic ration is intended to make ordinary provision for clothes for working, as well as for leisure hours, and the Industrial Ten is given to factory workers (many of whom are women and do housework as well), because of the abnormal wear and tear on their clothes through working in a factory.
