§ Mr. J. GriffithsAs the Workmen's Compensation Acts and the National insurance (Industrial. Injuries) Act, 1946, are based on entirely different principles, a, simple comparison of the benefits is not possible. I will, however, circulate in the OFFICIAL REPORT a table showing the rates payable during total incapacity. Payments for partial incapacity under both schemes are at varying rates.
