§ Mr. BelcherA draft Order providing for the establishment of a Development Council for the Cotton Industry, which will replace the Cotton Board, was approved by the House last night, and I hope that it will have been approved in another place in time for me to bring it into effect on 1st April. Discussions with a number of other industries are in progress, but I cannot yet say for which of them councils will be established first.
