§ Mr. Glenvil HallI have no reason to believe that the provisions of the Tithe Act, 1936, for the remission of part of the annuities in certain cases are working unsatisfactorily. Any difference of opinion there may have been regarding their meaning has been resolved by a decision of the High Court.
