§ Mr. TomlinsonI assume that my hon. Friend has in mind teachers who take up teaching work after their initial training and then later on wish to take a recognised supplementary or third year course. In all such cases, tuition is free, and the question of a contribution towards boarding costs is considered in relation to the teacher's income, if any, during the actual academic year in which he is taking the Course.
