Fosterasked the President of the Board of Trade if he is prepared to permit the natural heirs or legatees of a victim of Nazi persecution who are permanently domiciled in the Dominions or in British territory outside the United Kingdom or in the U.S.A. to receive their net share of the property of the deceased now under the control of the Custodian of Enemy Property.
§ Mr. H. WilsonThe question of the release of property in the United Kingdom to the non-resident heirs or legatees of victims of Nazi persecution is at present under consideration with other related matters, but I am not yet in a position to make a further pronouncement on the matter.
