§ Sir E. Graham-Littleasked the Minister of Health if, in issuing his final invitation to individual doctors to join the new Health Service, he will make it clear, especially to general practitioners, that the provision of health centres is indefinitely postponed, and that with that postponement it will be impossible to supply the facilities for carrying out the numerous services detailed in Section 21, with the result that the young doctor commencing medical practice will have to find for himself the equipment necessary, by the appointed day.
