Graham-Littleasked the President of the Board of Trade what is the total loss sustained by this country by the terms of the recent Trade Agreement with Russia, including the waiving of repayment of nearly half of the £100 million credit granted to Russia in 1941, the reduction of the rate of interest on the outstanding balance from 3 per cent. to half per cent. and the extension of the period of repayment of loans from 7 to 15 years.
