Mr. Prescott

asked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware that the American Cotton Manufacturers' Association recently presented to the Supreme Commander, Allied Powers, in Japan certain proposals regarding sales policies for Japanese textiles; what were the terms of those proposals; and what is the policy of His Majesty's Government regarding sales of Japanese textiles.
