§ Mr. Wilfred PalingI regret that I am not in a position to say when a kiosk is likely to be provided at Stalbridge Weston. The demand for rural kiosks far exceeds the supply of equipment and manpower and we have to devote our limited resources to the cases of greatest need. These cases have to be selected from among the numerous villages74W throughout the country and I am examining the possibility of adopting some suitable basis of differentiation in place of the present criterion of a token payment by the local authority.
