Friends the Minister of Labour and National Service and the Minister of Supply, all practicable measures are being taken, such as the stimulation of recruitment and the improvement of weaving machinery and accessories supplies, to ensure that the weaving section of the cotton industry increases its effective capacity in step with increases of yarn output.
