Mr. Zilliaeusasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will give an assurance that the Government will not involve this country in any risk of war as a result of Anglo-U.S. differences with the Soviet Union over Germany and will refer any dispute with the U.S.S.R., the continuance of which is likely to endanger the maintenance of international peace and security, to the Security Council of the United Nations under Article 35 of the Charter.
