§ Mr. KeyI understand that the hon. Member is asking for information in regard to Scotland. Priority is given to any work of this character which is recommended by the Department of Agriculture for Scotland as immediately essential in the interests of agriculture. Two hundred and eighty-three applications for licences for such work are at present outstanding in Scotland.
