§ Mr. BelcherThe rate of delivery of cement is limiting progress on some of the factories but my right hon. Friend the Minister of Works is doing all he can to improve the position. Some difficulties have also arisen from delay in the delivery of heating tubes and, in individual cases, of roof steelwork and sheet steel for roller shutters.
