§ Mr. Mulveyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what was the total amount paid during the last three years out of the Exchequer in connection with the Concentration Scheme under the Emergency Powers Act, 1942, in Northern Ireland, which scheme is in operation by the Ministry of Agriculture in Northern Ireland as agents for the Ministry of Food.
