WilsonSeventy-four projects with a potential employment value of 16,800 and 54 projects with a potential employment value of 11,000 had been approved for Scotland at the end of May, 1948, in the light and heavy engineering industries respectively. In addition 57 projects with a potential employment value of 21,000 had been approved in the electrical products and vehicle sections of the engineering industry.
