§ Mr. KeyI am not aware of any undue delay in the delivery of cement for local authority work in Dumfries-shire at the present time. Most of the supply, however, has been coming by sea through Annan, which is accessible only at Spring tides, and in order to avoid delays on this account, arrangements have been made for some shipments through the port of Silloth and for road-borne supplies.
