Mr. Creech JonesNo. The position on this project was stated in the answer given to the House by my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary on 25th88W February, 1948. I may add that the irrigation engineer is now in Nyasaland and the hydrological investigations are expected to extend over a period of three years.
