§ Mr. BottomleyFour firms have withdrawn their application for Grenfell factories. One of them withdrew as the result of a general decline in the demand for their particular type of product, and another as the result of shortage of raw materials. Two others withdrew after discussions had revealed doubts about the likelihood of success in their particular lines of business.
