§ Mr. TomlinsonThe reply to the first part of the Question is "No." In reply to the second part, the building programmes for 1949–51 have not yet been settled but in Circular 155 I asked local education authorities to include in their proposals for 1949 any projects required to meet rising numbers in primary schools.
