Graham-Littleasked the Minister of Health why the statutory protection of secrecy for persons receiving treatment at venereal disease clinics has been withdrawn under the new regulations under the National Health Service Act, 1946; and whether, in view of the success which has attended the enforcement of that statutory provision during the past 20 years, he will take steps to restore it.
