§ Mr. Swinglerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs why he has approved an order for the destruction of the Torpedo-Versuchts-Anstalt, Ost., near Eckenforde; and whether, in view of the fact that it has been dismantled as an armament works and of the proposal of 29W the German authorities in Schleswig-Holstein to use it as a textile factory, he will reconsider the decision to blow it up.
