§ 18. Mr. Stokesasked the Secretary of State for War whether any answer has yet been received to the letter written by the Judge Advocate General to the French authorities asking them to repatriate Hans Joachim Nickel to the British zone in Germany.
§ Mr. ShinwellA reply has recently been received from the French authorities indicating their willingness to release this German. Arrangements will now be made with them for his repatriation to the British zone in Germany.
