Bannister, 116, Knox Road, Stamshaw, Portsmouth, had been awarded an increase in pension of £5 11s. 8d. per annum as from 1st December, 1946, with instructions to His Majesty's Paymaster General to give effect to this so far no increase payments have been made to Mr. Bannister; and 152W whether he will take the necessary steps to secure the payment of the amounts due.
§ Mr. W. EdwardsOwing to a clerical error, which I regret, the instructions that should have been issued to His Majesty's Paymaster-General were not in fact sent. The necessary warrant authorising payment of the pension was dispatched on 22nd January.
