§ 63. Mr. Hardyasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he is aware of the dissatisfaction existing amongst many industries at the increasing cost of light hydrocarbon oils used for industrial purposes; and will he consider reducing or eliminating the duty on the above mentioned oils.
