§ Mr. KeyYes. The hotel was held on requisition for use as offices and there was no prospect of our being able to dispense with it for some years. Also, we had good reason to believe that the building would, in any case, be let as offices when it was derequisitioned. In these circumstances we entered into negotiations for a lease.
