Mr. Nuttingasked the President of the Board of Trade whether, in order to reduce the delays in dealing with claims for extra clothing coupons to replace both clothing and household linen lost by fire or other means, he will deal with such claims on one application form and not on several, as is at present the rule.
§ Mr. H. WilsonI am not aware of any general delay in dealing with these claims. The procedure was simplified to some extent on 1st January and we hope shortly to be able to simplify it still further.
