§ Mr. Wilfred PalingThe gentleman in question has not been refused the transfer of his telephone, but unfortunately exclusive service cannot be provided at his new address owing to lack of spare wires in the underground cable serving the locality. He has been offered shared service with a neighbour and I hope that this will be acceptable to him for the present.
