§ 89. Mr. C. Smithasked the Minister of Health whether he has considered communications from the Borough of Colchester and the Urban Districts of Wivenhoe and West Mersea forwarded to him by the hon. Member for Colchester on the subject of delay by his Ministry in dealing with an application by the Essex County Council to spend £600 on the adaptation of a building at the Tuberculosis Dispensary, Shewell Road, Colchester; whether he is aware that apparatus valued at £2,000 is lying idle pending the adaptation of the building; and whether he will make a statement.
