§ Mr. Rees-WilliamsSkyways Limited have applied to the East African High Commission for a licence for a period of two years to operate an air service between Nairobi and Mauritius and are at present operating a once-weekly service pending consideration of this application. I understand that it will be heard on 25th February, and until a decision is taken on it it is not possible to say whether or on what conditions the licence will be granted.
