Mr. Piratinasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, further to the figures published in Table 1 of United Kingdom Balance of Payments Cmd. 7324 showing payments abroad in the form of interest, profits and dividends, Item 4, he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT a table showing the countries and amounts to which these payments were made in each of the years 1938, 1946 and 1947.

They include, to some extent, interest paid through London on sterling securities not the liability of the United Kingdom. No information is available for 1938.
