§ Mr. WoodburnNo. The data so far collected are insufficient to enable any conclusions to be drawn. The conversion of the Admiralty vessel acquired for herring research has, however, recently been completed and she has started intensive work in the Forth. The work will be pressed on as quickly as possible.
