§ Mr. T. WilliamsSix hundred and ninety-seven preliminary proposals for improvement schemes in Wales and Monmouthshire have been received; 17 have been provisionally approved; 648 are under consideration and 32 have been rejected290W as ineligible or withdrawn. Of the proposals provisionally approved one detailed scheme has been received and is under examination. This one scheme was received on 14th February. No detailed scheme, as distinct from provisional approval of proposals for schemes, having been approved, no grant payment has become due.
