§ Mr. GaitskellAs recently announced, Mr. J. C. Gridley has tendered his resignation from the National Coal Board as from 31st March. He has informed me that his resignation is not due to any difference of opinion on policy or any 257W other matters, but solely on account of personal considerations. I have accepted it with much regret.
