§ Mr. Blackburnasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what proposals were made by the British Government or the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs in 1937, to the then Chancellor of the German Reich, regarding the possibility of Britain as well as France joining the Berlin-Rome axis.
