§ Mr. Rees-WilliamsFive persons are still under detention at Moroto in Uganda while two are on conditional release, being permitted to go anywhere in Uganda except the Buganda and Western Provinces and the Busoga District of the Eastern Province. The position will be reviewed by the Governor at the end of March.
