§ Mr. Rees-WilliamsThe Council has held twenty-two meetings. Its last meeting was on 25th August. As part of certain changes on the economic side of the Colonial Office re-organisation of the advisory bodies connected with it has now become desirable. I hope that my right hon. Friend will be able to make an announcement on the subject very soon.
