Mr. Amoryasked the Postmaster-General what recommendation the Civil Service National Whitley Council has made regarding the revision of Section 20 of the Superannuation Act, 1834, under which the pension of a retired civil servant who is re-employed under the Crown is reduced or withheld during such reemployment if his pay and pension combined is more than the pay he was receiving at the time of retirement.
