§ Mr. GaitskellThe Ayrshire Electricity Board have a five-year plan for the extension of electricity to all localities in their area at present without a supply. In view of the acute shortage of materials, however, it is unfortunately not possible to give any priority to general village supplies or to say when the village of Barr-hill can be connected up.
