§ Lieutenant Mullanasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether it is intended to extend the Crown Proceedings Act 1947, to Northern Ireland, and apply it to the Crown in right of His Majesty's Government in Northern Ireland, under the provisions of Section 53 of that Act; and when the necessary Order or Orders in Council will be made.
§ Mr. EdeYes. The drafting of the Order in Council, which is involved, requires consultation with a number of interested Departments and I cannot at present say when the work of preparing the Order can be completed.
