The total value of toilet preparations, including cosmetics licensed for import from the United States in 1947, was £4,960 No shampoo was licensed for import from the United States against payment. As regards imports in 1948, I have nothing at present to add to the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for Barrow-in-Furness (Mr. Monslow) on 18th December last.
