Mr. Platts-Millsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will reopen negotiations on the proposal 140W made by Mr. Molotov at the London Foreign Ministers' Conference, to limit German reparations to 10 per cent. of production when it has reached 70 per cent. of the prewar level.

Mr. Platts-Millsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what was, on the basis of the Potsdam Agreement, the estimated value of the total amount of plant and equipment due to be delivered from the British zone of Germany as reparations to the Soviet Union; and what is the value of the plant and equipment already delivered.
Mr. McNeilSince the valuation of plants is far from complete, it is impossible to give an accurate estimate of their value. Equipment valued at over 11 million Reichsmarks from the British zone had been delivered by 16th December, 1947.
