§ 69. Mr. Medlicottasked the Minister of Agriculture if he will state, by counties, the area of land in England and Wales from which farmers have been dispossessed by order of county agricultural executive committees, and which remains under the jurisdiction or management of such committees.
§ Mr. T. WilliamsAt 31st December last county war agricultural executive committees were in possession of 265,526 acres of land in England and Wales forming agricultural holdings and parts of holdings of which they had taken possession under Defence Regulation 51 either compulsorily or by arrangement. I regret that county figures are not readily available.
