§ Mr. StracheyThe cost of a gallon of this oil when sold in five gallon drums has in fact increased from 11s. 7½d. a year ago to 16s. 6d. at the present time. This increase of 40 per cent, is not out of line with the increase of 50 per cent. in the cost of the raw material.
